These guidelines aim to facilitate the paper submission process and ensure that they are reviewed smoothly and fairly. Authors must ensure that they fully comply with these requirements, as any errors in formatting or content may lead to the paper being rejected or additional amendments being requested. All papers will be reviewed based on their originality, relevance to the conference themes, quality of presentation and scientific style, as well as their adherence to the specified writing format.

Research papers that make original and unprecedented contributions to the above-mentioned fields are welcome. Research papers must be written in English and adhere to the official Springer CCIS format. The number of pages should be 6+ pages for short papers and 12+ pages for regular papers, including text, tables, figures and references. Researchers must submit their research through the conference’s electronic platform before the specified deadline, where all submitted papers will be reviewed by a specialized international scientific committee. Papers are evaluated based on several criteria, including scientific originality, quality of methodology, contribution of the results to the development of knowledge, and relevance to the conference themes. All research papers will be double blind peer reviewed to ensure integrity and objectivity in the evaluation. Authors are requested to organize the paper as follows:
